What we collect: when you join the list, book a session, buy a product, or reach out, we collect the information you provide — typically your name and email, and for purchases, payment details handled securely by our payment processor. We may also collect basic, non-identifying usage data to understand how the site is used.
How we use it: to deliver what you asked for, to be in touch with you, and to improve the work. We do not sell your personal information.
Who helps us run this: trusted services that operate the business, each only to do their job — website hosting (Netlify), payments (Stripe), scheduling and video (Cal.com, Google Meet), and email (Flodesk / Google Workspace).
Your choices: you can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask to see or delete your information by emailing hello@cheribaltra.com. This site and its tools may use cookies for basic functionality.

Purchases & delivery: prices are shown at checkout. Digital products, such as the recorded masterclass, are delivered electronically for your personal use.
Refunds & scheduling: digital products are non-refundable once accessed. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice; missed sessions without notice are not refundable. (Adjust this to your final policy.)
